The NYC Solar America City Partnership is working closely with NYSERDA's $mart Communities (E$C) Program. This program offers local, convenient, community-based access to the NYSERDA’s energy-efficiency and research and development (R&D) programs. The Partnership is working with the local NYSERDA Energy $mart Community Coordinators to host events and conduct outreach.
