In November 2009, Hunter College and City University of New York broke ground for a new building for the School of Public Health in East Harlem. The school shares a new, eight-story, 147,000-square-foot green building on Third Avenue between East 118th and 119th Streets with the Hunter College School of Social Work. Faculty, staff and students from both schools work closely with community organizations and health and social service agencies in East Harlem to strengthen existing and create new approaches to improving the well-being of East Harlem and other low-income communities.
We invite you to explore the CUNY School of Public Health website to get a broader taste of all Hunter has to offer. And hopefully, we will see you on campus soon.
